About Our Founder, Henry Russell
I founded Russell Regen to support the transition to food systems and land use that serve life, not just productivity.
This work lives at the intersection of:
Facilitation and group process
Regenerative farming
Systems insight and policy awareness
I bring a mix of field credibility and reflective depth. I’m not here to preach a framework - I’m here to help you uncover what truly fits your context, and to walk with you as you make it real.
Why this work matters to me
I’ve worked across the supply chain, in academia, and in consultancy - and I kept seeing the same thing:
Too many people doing the right things… but still feeling stuck, siloed, or burned out.
So I began to ask:
“What would it take for regenerative change to really stick?”
That’s where Holistic Management and Integral Facilitation came in - two approaches that changed how I see land, people, and decision-making.
They gave me tools not just to advise… but to guide.

What I bring
Real-world tools:
I’m one of only a handful of Savory Institute–Accredited Professionals in the UK, trained in Holistic Management.
Systems facilitation:
I’m also the only Certified Integral Facilitator® in the UK focused on regenerative agriculture and food systems - a credential that blends masterful facilitation, psychology, and group process design.
Strategic range:
I support individual farms, cross-sector partnerships, and policy-linked pilots. I’ve worked with councils, NGOs, academic institutes, and local food networks.
Values-led focus:
I only work with projects that align with a deeper vision - where the process matters as much as the outcome.
My approach
• Listen first
• Work from context, not assumptions
• Stay relational - even in technical work
• Design for outcomes and transformation
