A vision rooted in Nature
The Call to Adventure:
“Farming isn’t just another industry. It’s a living relationship - between Nature and the people who depend on it.”
Russell Regen was founded on a belief that we need to fundamentally reimagine how we grow, eat, and relate to food - not as a commodity chain, but as a circle of care between Nature, Farming, and Society.
We don’t start with problems…
We start with what matters most - and what could grow from there.
Our founder’s journey
After years working across agriculture, consultancy, and academia, I was drawn toward something deeper: A holistic approach to regeneration, one that respected ecology, people, and process equally.
I saw how:
Farmers were burning out under short-term, extractive models
Communities were disconnected from where and how food is produced
Policy often missed the nuance of what real change requires
That’s why I founded Russell Regen: to bring clarity, connection, and co-creation into how we transition land, livelihoods, and food systems.

The concentric vision
At the heart of our philosophy is a simple model:
1.
Reconnecting Farming
with Nature
We support farmers through regenerative planning, Holistic Management, and decision-making rooted in ecological processes and long-term goals.
So your land starts working with you, not against you.
2.
Reconnecting Society
with Farming
We help communities relocalise food systems, improve procurement, and understand how farming shapes wellbeing, resilience, and culture.
So people see food not just as fuel, but as a relationship.
3.
Reconnecting People
with Nature
Through facilitation, education, and system insight, we advocate for Nature’s role in personal and societal health. Because regeneration isn’t just what we do - it’s who we are becoming.
So individuals and organisations feel rooted, not overwhelmed.
A vision in action
We don’t claim to have all the answers.
But we do bring clarity to the questions that matter:
What would it look like if food served life, not just profit?
How can land regenerate while also sustaining livelihoods?
What role do you play in the bigger system?

An invitation?
If this vision speaks to something you’re holding…
If you’re ready to explore a different way forward…
Let’s talk... Every journey begins with a shared intention.
